The educational provision at Academie Minerva is geared towards the individual development of students. In the first and second years of the programme a mentor coaches a group of students on a weekly basis in their personal professional development. In the main phase of the study programme and in consultation with the head of department students choose a study pathway that best suits their individual talents and ambitions within a specific professional profile. During the final phase of the study programme, students complete their studies based on the many specialisations within the chosen professional profile.
