* This is a “hands-on” practical degree in electronic engineering with specialist options in Design, Renewable Energy, Multimedia, Car Electronics and Electrical Engineering.
* Electronics is about the design and workings of computers, mobile phones, robots, amplifiers, televisions, car engine controllers, factory production controllers and much more.
* Whether you have done science at secondary school or not is irrelevant – we start from scratch.
* You choose your specialist option after 18 months.
* You will work in industry for 2/3 months at the end of second year.
* Our teaching philosophy is: “I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand.” From day one, you will be using both your hands and your head.
