Wymagania:

Master degree, preferred in marketing, project management or economics
At least 2 years of commercial experience in Brand /Product Management
At least 3-4 years of marketing experience, preferably within a multinational organization
Successful business development experience and franchising backgroud
Good knowledge of the cosmetic sector, local market experience recommended
Self-reliant, autonomous, synthetic
Strong initiative and independence
Good communication skills
Fluent command of English or French language (written&spoken)
Driving license

Currently for our Client, a French leading group in the cosmetic industry, we are looking for candidates to work in Warsaw for the position of:

BRAND MANAGER

The Brand Manager will have the key role of developing our Client's brands' portfolio on the Polish and Czech market.

Main responsabilities:
- Supervising development & brand implementation to ensure continous updates on activity development and fit with overall strategy
- Following the whole Clients Team and cross-functional partners on all aspects of brand ( marchandising, advertising, PR / Media, sales trainings)
- Monitoring and action product sales performance
- Cooperation with external agencies ( design agencies, advertising agencies).
