SAP Basis Analyst

For our Client, Shared Services Centre of global corporation, we are currently searching for professionals for the position of:

                                        SAP Basis Analyst
                                        ref no. REBA / 24605
                                        location: Kraków

Main accountabilities:

 Management of SAP Basis tasks, coordination of their execution with offshore and landed consultants
· Liaison with ITSC (data center) for provision of infrastructure services
· Management of the investigation & resolution of SAP Basis and Technology related issues in support of P1
· Proactive management of SAP system performance, performance monitoring, optimization & system sizing
· SAP landscape management, transport management, systems refreshes, data archiving, batch management 
· Continuity solution management & testing for the P1 system. This includes working with ITSC (data center) for the infrastructure continuity option, as well as with the affiliates in the definition of the technology business continuity plans & testing
· Technical projects management
 
Requirements:

· University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration
· At least a 5-year experience in a large multinational company including and 3-4 years in SAP Basis area
· Good understanding of key processes in delivering IS/IT services
·  Essential knowledge of SAP Basis & Performance Tuning
·  Understanding the system's architecture, options, pitfalls, current and out of ordinary tasks
·  Working experience in a SAP environment/project to better understand problems and potential issues related to it
·  Deep understanding of business continuity service options, including disaster recovery planning
·  Database management experience
·  Ability to work effectively in multitask environment
·  Good communication and presentation skills
·  Experience and exposure to international business environment would be an asset
·  Fluent English, any other European language would be a plus
