On behalf of our Client, an international corporation opening customer services centre in Gdańsk, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidate for the positions of:
Master Data Controller

Who will work close with Sales, It and Finance departments, mainly responsible for updating of master data into a system for international sites – Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Poland

Who will work close with Sales, It and Finance departments, mainly responsible for updating of master data into a system for international sites – Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Poland
Your duties will involve:
Oferujemy: - Entry of prices/price list in to ERP system
- Updating and managing database
- Upload from excel of prices/price list into ERP system
- Entry of all price agreement into an excel file with valid from and expiry date
- Entry an maintenance of customer master data
- Maintenance of contract data base in excel
- Innovate and create process improvements of building price lists
- BA/MA degree
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Practical knowledge of ERP system – preferably AX Dynamice
- Fluency in English, any other European languages is advantageous
- Ability to work under time pressure and tight
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer service orientation and setting high work standards
- Ability to travel
