Senior MIS Analyst

For our Client, global organization, we are looking for candidates for the position of Senior MIS Analyst to be based in Krakow, Poland.

Responsibilities:
·         Support the senior management with the analysis of monthly MI packs submitted by different countries to identify costs/productivity/efficiency and service quality trends
·         Production of report summaries to satisfy various Regional, Group and Functional requirements
·         One-off scenarios/modelling exercises as Business needs demand
·         Business case production and monitoring for major projects
·         Detailed review and analysis of individual country

Requirements:
·         Finance background – ideally part or fully qualified accountant
·         Graduate professional qualification
·         Knowledge of the Management Reporting tools
·         Proven negotiation skills
·         Proven ability to analyse data and influence business structure and decisions based on the analysis
·         Be able to standardize reporting and influence the collection of data across a wide geographical area with inconsistent systems
·         Ability to present analysis in a variety of ways to all levels of corporate management
·         3 to 5 years' relevant experience
·         Analytical and problem solving ability
·         Methodical and pragmatic
·         Self driven, ability to work with minimal direction / supervision once trained
·         Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
·         Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
·         Fluent English language, additional fluent European language would be desirable
