Our client is a leading international company providing industrial equipment. Due to the firm's dynamic expansion in the Polish market, we are searching for an experienced and motivated candidate to hold the Regional Sales Director position.

Opis stanowiska

- Develop new business opportunities and manage customers in order to establish long-term business relationships
- Develop plans, concepts and initiatives in order to increase the business thru close co-operation and management of the sales team
- Advise senior management of any particular strategic implications and opportunities
- Monitor competition movements and strategies on the dedicated region
- Continually improve the business model and ways of doing business

Kogo szukamy

- University degree
- Min. 5 years of management experience in sales of industrial equipment
- Previous experience in complex sales process of both products and services
- Previous experience in negotiations
- Experience in leading and motivating sales team
- Ability to maintain long term relationship
- Determination for achieving pre-set goals
- Very good command of English
