We are The Real Food Cafe: Scotland’s most famous Roadside Diner, set in the beautiful Western Highlands but within easy reach of Glasgow for time off. We serve over 100,000 fantastic customers every year.

We need experienced supervisors like you, who can keep their team motivated, encouraging them to enjoy their work, develop their skills and reach the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include: leading up to 10 staff at busy times. You will be(come) great at prioritising, assigning work, and ensuring high quality service and food is delivered at all times. You will be(come) great at managing customer expectations and supplier relationships, and assuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene together with health & safety.
It’s so important that everyone works well in their role, so you will be(come) great at helping team members become excellent at their job and not simply rely on doing it yourself!

We are demanding but supportive! As part of the leadership team, you will work closely with other supervisors and the owners/directors, to achieve daily sales targets, within agreed staff budgets. Together we will continue to build on top of the cafe’s current success and reputation.

Most importantly, our customers expect something special and you have ability and desire to give them one and look after them, no matter how awkward or challenging.

Oferujemy:

We are offering between Ł7.75 - Ł10.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills, excellent on-site accommodation and a performance-related bonus.
You will also benefit from our unique training programmes to help you develop the personal skills as well as product knowledge required to deliver the service described above.
