Junior Accountant AP

For our client, PANDORA  a Danish company which designs, manufactures and markets hand-finished and modern jewellery , we are looking to it newly created SSC for Accounts Payable Team Members: Junior Accountant AP 
 
Job objective is to oversee and process job tasks with efficiency and high quality, handle inquiries from internal and external customers in a timely manner and build positive working relationships with colleagues and customer.
 
Key operational accountabilities are:

• Scanning and verifying incoming vendor invoices.
• Checking that invoices meet requirements.
• Creating and maintain vendor master data.
• Creating and maintain employee master data.
• Handling vendor inquiries.
• Delivering service in line with agreed controls, policies and procedures.

 
A successful candidate will have B.Sc. in finance/ accounting/ business administration and up to 2 years of experience with accounting/ AP. Must be fluent in English (knowledge of other European language will be a plus) and have good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (preferably Dynamics AX) An international experience in SSC or a major company is desired.
