For our client, an international company which specialized in aviation industry due to its development, currently we are looking for experienced candidate on the position given below.

The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and directly manage project development from beginning to end.


Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
• Participate in design reviews with the engineering managers and team assigned for a specific project
• Participate in teams to improve design process and participate in design feedback sessions
• Identify customers requirement (technical / products problems) and suggests solutions
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary in cooperation with finance department
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
• Share engineering information and promote open dialogue 
  

 
Requirements:

• Technical university degree in Mechanical / Aeronautical / Manufacturing engineering or equivalent
• Min. 5 years experience on similar position preferably in Aviation industry
• Experience in engine test development is an asset, which must include scheduling, design and development of engine hardware / turbine
• Strong project management skills managing complex, multi-faceted projects resulting in measurable successes and program growth
• Demonstrated ability to manage a multi-disciplined team in a multi-cultural environment ensuring customer needs are anticipated and satisfied
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details
