Wymagania:

The successful candidate has at least 2 years of professional experience in finance/accountancy area as well as experience in maintaining relations with clients and team management. Very good English language skills are a must. What is more at least one additional language is essential: German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese. Experience in BPO/SSC area would be an asset. We are seeking candidates with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Our client, a multinational company from Lodz, is urgently seeking a Multilingual Finance Team Leader . The successful candidate will be managing the performance of the team, ensuring that the service levels are met. His/her duties will also include ensuring implementation of migration measures, handling client communication and escalations as well as providing operational support to team members.
