A great opportunity has arisen for the position of CFO at a leading high-tech company, which has shown continued growth, both organic and through acquisitions, since its foundation. The successful candidate will participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team. The Finance Director will manage the accounting, controlling, tax, and treasury operations on a local basis.


Opis stanowiska
- Oversee the distribution of financial information including statutory and group reporting under Polish GAAP and IFRS
- Assist in setting the company's future direction
- Develop financial and tax strategies in cooperation with the head office
- Develop a performance management system to support the company's strategy
- Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's financial and business risks
- Monitor compliance with laws and regulations
- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts
- Arrange for funding in cooperation with the head office


Kogo szukamy
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA) with a successful track record post qualification
- At least 10 years of experience gained in Finance (business controlling, financial reporting)
- Very strong commercial awareness with the ability to partner closely with the senior management team
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrix structure
- Ability to manage and lead a team through hands on management
- Fluency in English is a must
