Treasury Specialist

For our Client, big international organisation, we are looking for Treasury Specialist.

Duties: At this position you will report to Reporting Manager located in Warsaw. Person on this role will be responsible for developing independent cash forecasting process to keep a rolling 12 month Cash forecast, developing a forecast for debt levels and forecasting covenants, keeping track of reporting and payment obligations under finance agreement and shareholder agreement, support in negotiations with banks on debt negotiations, debt conditions and pricing, hedging analysis and bank services, support the business planning process with financing cost assumptions, covenant analysis, cash forecasts and hedging analysis. Your duties will also include leading the process to standardize, manage and review performance on payment terms and accounts receivable, leading the process to standardize and develop methodology  to release payments to suppliers to maximize payment term. Your task will be to redefine the payment authorization process with Chief Accountant / CFO / Deputy CFO to ensure segregation of authority and responsibility for payments without slowing the payment process and you will be responsible for verification of financing charges.
 
Requirements: From best Candidates we require 2 years experience in reading and understanding bank finance agreements or corporate bond agreements, either in a banking environment or a corporate finance environment.  Working knowledge of English is a must, you will use it daily, it needs to be fluent. Candidates should have University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. Very important is your good sense of humor and team spirit to cooperate in a professional work environment
