Senior Collections Manager

For our Client – international outsourcing company delivering F&A services to the Clients located worldwide, we are currently looking for experienced Accounts Receivable professionals to work on the position of Senior Collections Manager.

Working on this position you will be part of newly created team providing services to Global Client.  You will be responsible for managing full scope of Accounts Receivable project with strong emphasis on Collections. You will manage the team of 40 Agents based in Krakow Centre and approx. 140 working in remote location.  The engagement will be developing and additional headcount is planned.

As a Collections Manager you will be accountable for managing a team of collection agents within a busy fast paced environment.  You will be responsible for motivating your team in order to meet the departmental KPI's and fulfil all business objectives.  You will be confident to challenge processes and procedures and offer solutions in relation to continuous business improvements. You will constantly monitor performance, hold regular individual and team meetings ensuring constructive and timely feedback is provided to the team.
In order to be successful on this position you will have experience in managing huge, international, cross-engagement accounting projects and excellent people management skills.  You need to have excellent command of English, very good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as broad knowledge of Accounting functional areas and expert knowledge of one of functional areas.  Knowledge of project management methodology would be strong asset.
