Middleware Engineering Specialist

Our client, international IT organization based in Wroclaw urgently wishes to recruit experienced middleware engineering specialists to join their rapidly expanding division.

Your principal duty will be to ensure third level maintenance and technical support for analysts in respect of various operational problems of different types of IT applications and platforms.
 
You will be responsible for implementation, tests, maintenance and support of the .net OLTP infrastructure and components as well as new frameworks or integration layers to support application development and platforms integration.
You will also need to be able to perform automated functional and regression tests for the middleware platforms, analyze dependencies and possible issues for applications and .net OLTP infrastructure and components before/during introduction of new Middleware infrastructure components releases (e.g. new version of WebSphere) as well as develop scripts to simplify and standardize the analysis of incidents

The main requirements to be met by successful candidates is to have at least a bachelor’s degree, speak fluent English and posses following attributes:
 
Strong Java programming skills
Knowledge of JAVA tools (SWING, JDBC, JAAS)
Knowledge of Unified Modeling Language
Knowledge of Java Persistence API
Experience in using platforms J2EE 1.4/JEE 5&6
Knowledge of Servlet/JSP/EJB (session, entity and message driven beans)
Knowledge of HTLML/CSS/Java Script
Knowledge of WebServices (WAS native/GlassFish Metro Stack)
Knowledge of JCA (CICS Connector)
Knowledge of JMX (for WAS)
Knowledge of IBM WebSphere Integration Developer V6.2
Knowledge of WebSphere Application Server ND V6.1/7/8
Knowledge of WebSphere Process Server V6.2
