Are you looking for a new challenging Finance related opportunity? Do you see yourself working for a prestigious multinational company? If you have experience in BPO/SSC accounting as well as fluent English this could be a perfect position for you!
On behalf of our Client, a world-wide known international company, establishing new SSC to provide finance and accounting services from the West of Poland, we are currently recruiting for the position of a People Shared Service Senior Manager.
Your role will involve:
Managing, monitoring and reviewing of the overall quality of service across international HR processes including: Workforce Administration (WFA), recruiting support, on-boarding support, learning administration and performance management support to Ernst & Young member firms.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Bachelors degree or above form commercial, business or HR related discipline. Postgraduate qualification, such as MA or MBA in relevant specialism. At least 10 years of progressive experience including 5+ years of management experience. Experience in working within SSC or BPO environment. Outstanding spoken and written English. Excellent organization, analytical and problem solving skills. Proficiency within HR specific technology.
