Head of Finance

For our Client - international company from sector media and entertainment we are searching for the candidates on position Head of Finance to Warsaw.

The main responsibilities will be:
OTC (Customer) related duties: handling new customer contracts, collecting billing reports and uploading data into a web based tool, being a first level of contact to customers on invoice issues (150 customers on the territory), sales reporting to local sales team
Collection related duties; continuous follow up with customers on payments, escalation of payment issues, involvement in recontracting customers based on credit history, suggesting and following up payment agreements
Marketing related duties: monitor territory marketing budgets, issue marketing PO-s and GR-s in SAP, marketing reporting to local marketing team, follow up marketing barter deals with regional ad sales
Office related duties: general office management (office rental, utilities, communication, insurance), fleet management (car maintenance, fuel cards management), T&E (Expense Reports)

We are searching for the candidates with the similar experience, proactive, determined personality with fluent English and Polish.
